JMAP is officially owned and managed by the Indonesian Society of Appraisers (MAPPI). MAPPI provides institutional, infrastructure, and financial support, while all editorial decisions are exercised independently by the Editorial Board without external interference.

Jurnal Manajemen Aset dan Penilaian (JMAP) is an open access and peer-reviewed journal that aims to publish original research articles related to the fields of property valuation, business valuation, studies, feasibility studies, asset/property management, and asset information systems. This journal is also dedicated to publishing articles published for free to academics, researchers, practitioners, regulators, and the public.
This journal is open to authors from various institutional backgrounds. In addition, JMAP accepts empirical research articles with approaches or methods relevant to Asset Valuation and Management.
